Pawan Vora, President

Dr. Pawan Vora has been involved in designing, reviewing, and evaluating user interfaces for software and web-based applications for over a decade. His experience includes designing user interfaces for business-to-consumer, business-to-business, consumer-to-consumer, and business-to-employee environments for industries such as energy, telecommunication, reinsurance, manufacturing, and retail commerce.

Before founding Alpha Cube, Pawan served as the Vice President of the Customer Experience group at Seurat Company. He has published extensively and conducted numerous tutorials and workshops in the areas of web design and usability for both national and international audiences.

Pawan's educational background is in human-computer interaction and Industrial Engineering. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also holds undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering from University of Bombay, India. He is the founder of the Internet Technical Group (ITG), now affiliated with the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society.

Len Beasley, Sr User Experience Designer

With more than 15 years in the information design industry, Len's varied experiences have uniquely equipped him to design interfaces that work for both users and companies. He's equally comfortable designing web sites, web applications, fantasy games, real-time leaderboards, online libraries, and marketing sites.

Len's rich understanding of business and technology drives his approach to information models by blending user needs, content, technology capabilities and business requirements to maximize outcomes. His degree in Management of Information Systems from Warren National University has served him well in system migrations, enterprise-wide system design, and e-commerce initiatives.

When he's not designing or prototyping, Len can often be found above treeline anywhere in the state of Colorado with his wife Cara.

Vidya Angeri, Sr User Experience Designer

For past 3 years, Vidya has been involved in conducting in-lab usability tests and designing user interfaces for Web sites, Web applications, and software applications.

She obtained a masters degree in Applied Cognition & neuroscience with specialization in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her bachelor's degree is in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mysore, India.

In her spare time, Vidya likes to spend time with Naveen (her husband), cooking and camping.
